RCF’s Sadhana Mandir was set up in April 2019. It is a study center for talented, self-motivated students for carrying out focused learning through online and offline resources and for interacting with remote mentors. Many students selected under our talent mentoring program told us that their homes, often with two very small rooms including kitchen, did not have space conducive to focused studies. Now they make use of the Sadhana Mandir for studies outside their school hours and during the holidays.

- A small computer lab
- Video conferencing facility (for remote teaching sessions)
- High speed Internet for VC and for accessing online resources like Khan Academy
- A small library with books and preparation material for various entrance and scholarship examinations
